About Us
For many of us, there comes a time when we need a little extra help. Whether it’s to pay for childcare, rent, to fix the car, or for food or clothing. Whatever it is, we sometimes don’t have the resources to cover all the bases. We each must constantly make tough decisions for ourselves and for our families.
This organization and this website have been created as the result of the vision of a small group of people in San Diego who choose to make a difference. We cannot help everybody, but we can help at least some people, who, through no fault of their own, are just short a bit of cash on a given month.
We cannot solve long term financial problems which may exist for you, but we can help solve short term financial problems, which will, hopefully, provide some breathing room for you and possibly your family.
We are referring to a one-time gift that need not be paid back.
We ask that you complete a simple, one-page, completely confidential, form explaining your situation so that our team of reviewers can make informed decisions as to how to allocate available funds each month. The process is described in greater detail below.
